Founder

Johnny Stanko founded Stanko Home Services after 18 years as superintendent for Harrington Stanko Construction, where he led more than $100 million in luxury custom construction across Colorado.

He saw the same gap on every project: owners moved into extraordinary homes with no plan for the years that followed. Wrong contractors got hired. Service windows got missed. Damage that was easy to prevent went unprevented.

Johnny knows how these homes are built and which tradespeople to trust. Members get direct access to that judgment.

Membership is an annual engagement. We learn your home, stay on top of it year-round, and only bring you in when something genuinely requires your input.

Every membership is priced to the property based on size, complexity, and what you need. We limit how many members we take on. When you inquire, we schedule a property consultation before either of us commits.
